Designed, manufactured and certified according to EN54, the control units J408-2 / J408-4, J408-8 and J424 are equipped with a microprocessor for fire control in small and medium-sized installations.

The control panels have up to 8 zones to which up to 32 detectors per zone , up to a total of 256 detectors that can be connected to the control panels 8 zones. Each detection zone has its own programmable local alarm output (output R, open collector).
The area NO 1 can be configured as a 4-20mA gas zone.

Easy to use, the control unit has a lock and a code that allows access to the user level to control the status of the installation only to authorized personnel. For the programming of the control unit through the computer, a software is available in Windows environment capable of managing: event memory, complete control of the control panel, peripherals status, JPEG graphics generation, file printing, reset and all programmable functions offered by the control panel.

These teams have the following additional cards:

- An expander module 8 zones and an expander control panel board. The expander module contains most of the electronic circuitry and electrical terminals while the expander control encodes the commands and status of the LEDs for the expander module zones..

The expander module and the expander control board are intended to be connected to the main board of the control panel. In the event of an alarm, the expander module will signal the status of its inputs to the main board which will activate the fire warning and the fire control devices and will generate the signaling on the expander control board.

J400-EXT extinguishing module

The J400-EXT extinguishing module eliminates the possibility of erroneous or accidental extinguishing trips by verifying the actual alarm condition and providing an action protocol according to current regulations before activating the extinguishing devices.

– Display module

This board has 6 menu navigation keys and two backlit LCD lines (16 characters per line) that provide written system status information, date, hour, alarms, breakdowns, historical, etc

– Repeater panel

The repeater panel is designed for connection (via RS-485 from 4 threads) to the J424 and J408-8 control panels. Provides all visual and audible signals generated by the control panel and allows end users to operate the system from a remote location (until 1000 meters from the plant).

Each repeater can host a display.

Management software

This easy-to-use software application (Windows) allows quick and easy programming of the control panel and provides auxiliary functions related to printing, event memory, periodic reviews, etc.
