Input / Output Expansion Board for LaserSense Aspiration Detectors 25/100 – 9-30436 Aritech™

The input expansion card / output is designed to provide relay outputs and / or additional inputs when connecting to other systems.

The input expansion card / output connects to the APIC interface slot on each detector and cannot be used in conjunction with an APIC card.

The input expansion card / output provides detector inputs that can be programmed for remote day mode change / evening, remote reboot or override of ClassiFire, as well as power supply fault supervision.

ClassiFire Override is a particularly useful feature that allows the detector's normal sensitivity to be reduced by a pre-programmed percentage to avoid unwanted alarms from a predictable event., such as theatrical effects in theaters or open fires in historic buildings.

The input expansion card / output provides detector outputs for 4 alarm levels and fault output. The fault output is normally closed and opens in the event of a fault.
