LX sounder flashes are incorporated into dual-use applications, where a visual alarm device is required, plus an audible alarm. The device has an exclusive lens designed to offer the lighting parameters specified by the EN54-23 standard.. The blink rate can be set via the DIP switch, which can also be used to program a reduced coverage volume. Light is distributed cubically for wall mount applications.
The acoustic transducer offers a selection of 32 different shades, including various signals for fire alarm (for instance, DIN pitch according to DIN standard 33404) and other special modulations. Tones and volume are set using the DIP switch for 6 pointing device pins. With a selected tone type, activation of a second input turns on the second type of tone. Sound pressure varies depending on the type of tone, operating volume and voltage.
The device is designed for numerous applications.
